Diablo Remodel has a proven system in managing a successful home improvement project from start to finish. Our many years of experience has enabled us to perfect the a process of initial review, consultation, design and overall construction. When Diablo Remodel agrees to take on a project you can be assured that every step has been well thought out and will be executed with precision.

Step 1— First Phone Call

• Discuss needs, wants and desires for your project
• Discuss budget for the project
• Discuss Diablo Remodel construction/remodel process
• Assess if project is a good fit with Diablo Remodel, client and scope of work
• If yes, set an appointment to come out to home

Step 2— In Home Consultation

• Discuss your project and budget in more detail
• Review the Diablo Remodel construction/remodel process
• Determine if Diablo Remodel and client want to go to the next step (design and estimate)

Step 3—Design

• Design Agreement signed my client
• Design coordinator meets with client
• Measurements
• Drawings/Plans

Step 4—Pre-Construction

• Construction agreement signed
• Plans completed and ready to submit for approval
• Permit obtained
• Selections finalized
• Materials ordered
• Project manager assigned
• Walk through with client of work to be completed
• Workmen scheduled
• Construction schedule made

Step 5—Construction

• Work begins
• Weekly meetings between client and project manager
• Quality, timeliness, communication and cleanliness are always a top priority

Step 6— Post Construction

• Project finished
• Follow up with client 30 days, 6 months and 1 year after project has been completed to insure clients complete satisfaction.
